		<description>Love, love, love that show too for all the same reasons!  

Amazing how something as simple as putting yourself in another&#039;s position for even a short time can produce such simple yet significant insights.  It doesn&#039;t always take over-engineered change management initiatives or new, expensive programs to build employee engagement.  Sometimes a shift in perceptions and credibility is all it takes to re-engage employees and leaders.
