		<description><![CDATA[Perhaps managers are 18second men/women because they are under pressure from a climate where problems need to be solved right away, their questions answered immediately if not sooner.  If a resolution to a problem isn&#039;t presented quickly, there is  risk of losing the interest of the asker, because the CEO, or client will simply seek the next person down the line who will give the answer desired to be heard.   People are impatient.   They don&#039;t like to be encumbered by the subtlties involved in true decision making.   They don&#039;t like to hear answers that begin with &quot;well, it depends....&quot;    Maybe this is the reason why a lot of american business is going in the tank lately, being too focused on the quick resolution that will fatten next quarter&#039;s earnings.]]></description>
